**About this role at spaice Studio**:
As the S**hort Video Director and Editor**, you will be responsible for shaping the tone of spaice Studio's original video IP columns, planning topics, writing scripts, managing the IP content matrix, as well as coordinating with the team on editing and post-production data analysis to ensure the quality and data performance of our short video columns across the network. You will be responsible for the overall content operation effectiveness by regularly reviewing video data and researching the latest dynamics of video IPs on major platforms, providing valuable video project suggestions to the team. You need to possess outstanding user insight abilities, be capable of creating viral IP content, and value commercial conversion rates. Your strong execution skills will ensure the successful implementation of the projects you are responsible for.

**Responsibilities Include**:
1. Familiar with short video operations, creating organic video IP channel’s style and characteristics, planning and selecting topics, writing scripts, and following up with team editing and post-production data analysis. Responsible for the quality and data of short video channels across the network.
2. Regularly review video data, research the latest trends of video IPs on major platforms, analyze and provide valuable video content suggestions to the team, and be responsible for the overall content operation effectiveness.
3. Strong communication skills, ability to clearly understand and convey requirements;
strong teamwork and multi-task coordination skills, with problem-solving mentality;
strong execution ability, responsible for the implementation of projects.
**Qualification**:
1. Over 2 years of experience in short video directing and editing, with a wealth of experience in operating new media matrices, experience in starting and operating accounts from zero to one, and familiarity with the operational rules of platforms like Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
2. Priority given to those with short video directing/editing or operations experience in MCN companies;
experience in operatinghome decor industry accounts is preferred.
3. Good at sensing online trends, creative and innovative, sensitive to traffic, and able to quickly identify traffic trends.
4. Familiar with the workflow of short video teams and the content of short video operations.
5. Possess strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate resources and personnel across departments, focus on teamwork, have initiative, and are result-oriented in problem-solving.
6. Please bring a demonstration of vertical industry/IP account management to the interview.
