Responsibilities include developing work instructions, managing the technology team, implementing strategic initiatives, and optimizing technology systems.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the technology team for optimal performance and development.Develop and execute strategic technology initiatives aligned with company goals.Oversee maintenance and optimization of technology systems.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs and enhance efficiency.Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery within budget.Establish and enforce security protocols to mitigate risks.Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Act as liaison between technology department and senior management.Qualifications:
Eligible for Top Secret SIGNET Government and GCP clearance.Technical experience in building automation and security systems.Proficient in computer science with strong computer skills.Bilingual in French and English with customer service experience.Knowledgeable in database administration and cybersecurity.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Exposure to site-based construction environment.
