Skilled Construction Labourer With Carpentry Skills

We are currently seeking **FULL TIME SKILLED Construction Laborers** **with Excellent carpentry skills**.
**Job Requirements Include (but not limited to)**:
- _Must be proficient and have worked in the construction field for a minimum of 5 years._
- _Working at Heights is an asset_
- _Caulking windows and trim_
- _Drywall installation and repairs Taping and mudding_
- _Painting experience_
- _Excellent carpentry skills, installation of doors and hardware (Steel and wood)_
- _Steel stud framing_
- _Flooring installation and repairs_
- _Tiling installation and repairs_
- _Prepare and clean-up work sites_
- _Load, unload, and move construction material_
- _Remove debris from site_
- _Strong work ethic and a good attitude_
- _Excellent attendance_
- _Ability to lift, handle and move 50 lbs_
- _Must be physically fit and able to work in all types of weather._
**YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL TIME- MONDAY TO FRIDAY-7:
00AM-4:
00PM. Shift times may vary by site.**

$25.00-$28.00 per hour
