Software Engineer (Bilingual - Real-Time Systems)We are in search of a Software Engineer who not only excels in the development of real-time core dispatchers and concurrent systems but is also adept at engaging in bilingual conversations and projects with clients in both English and French. This role is designed for the courageous, those ready to take initiative, engage directly with clients, and lead projects to successful outcomes. Direct client interaction, handling support, projects, and customer needs are integral parts of this role.Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain near real-time core backend concurrent systems for handling high-volume event stream and real-time data processing.Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet critical business requirements.Ensure the reliability, latency, and throughput of near real-time systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate near real-time systems with other platforms and services.Participate in software development practices to build robust solutions, including continuous integration, testing, and deployment.Take full ownership of projects, driving initiatives across departments and directly interacting with clients to deliver tailored solutions.Essential Qualifications:
Proficiency in both English and French, with strong communication skills for effective client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.Solid experience in software engineering, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in real-time systems, core backend applications, and concurrent programming.Expertise in programming and scripting (Python, Go, Rust, or similar) and familiarity with real-time operating systems or frameworks.An analytical mindset with the ability to tackle problems in real-time data processing and system design.A passion for taking on new challenges, managing projects, and working closely with clients to achieve their objectives.Why Join Us?Lisplogics is not just a workplace;
