**JOB SUMMARY**:
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Product analyst responsibilities:
- how it is used and what functions it provides to the business / customer;
- resolution of product incidents;
- change management;
- management of product backlog;
- coordinate sprintplanning and delivery;
- works with the business to understand/document user stories (requirements),
- test planning;
- knowledge articles,
- works with technical team to execute delivery;
- reporting and KPI’s for the product;
- adherence to SaskPower standards including:
security, accessibility, brand, code, and architecture.- Outside the box thinking and innovation to identify new business solutions and operational efficiencies, while providing recommendations which have a significant impact on SaskPower’s business operations and strategies
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects to provide functional expertise f
- Represent Digital Services and prepare and present material to internal and external audiences as required
- Maintain knowledge of industry developments and best practices related to websites and identity access management
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent AND/OR;
- Five (5) years ofrelated experience and/or technical understanding of Business Analysis, Product support and management (e.G. scrum master) and/or agile project delivery
- Experience and understanding of public websites and/or customer portals, Sitecore Web Experience Platform, and/or related technologies and languages (.NET).
- Understanding of user centered design and accessibility principles and standards.
- Team player with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships both internal and external to SaskPower
- Results oriented thinker, with the ability to manage and provide advice regarding complex and confidential issues with sensitivity and professionalism
- Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work and manage in a changing environment
- Excellent facilitation, collaboration, accountability and decision-making skills
- Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation and teamwork
- Demonstrated skill in SaskPower’s competencies
- Must have a continuing record of professional development
