**Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming customers and informing them about our products and services, suggesting related items that add value and meet each customer’s needs.
- Responding promptly to customer questions, in-person or over the phone.
- The visual presentation of products and stock replenishment.
- Seizing opportunities to promote the success of your department and entire store, including department sales and market analysis.
- Process deliveries of stock and goods with high efficiency in mind.
- Providing support to teammates in other departments and store events.
- Personal development:
taking part in training classes, open to feedback.
- Promoting the benefits of becoming a Decathlon member.
**Profile**:
No need to be an Olympic athlete to work for Decathlon! We are looking for dedicated individuals who can properly advise customers and want to share their passion for their favourite sport. Team work, the ability to make decisions independently, and excellent customer service are necessary skills for this position.
