The Supervisor Underground Projects is part of the mining operations and reports directly to the Superintendent of Mining Operations.
**Description**:
- Management, planning, monitoring and execution of critical projects. (Tele-operations, underground material movement and management, support management of progression/training of teams, equipment changes, cost reduction, analysis and optimization of delays).
- Support for the implementation of new underground work methods.
- In collaboration with supervision, ensure the creation/modification of work procedures and instructions.
- Support the daily coordination of underground operations with other departments at the site.
- Support the supervisory team and general foremen, and relief when necessary.
- Respect, know and promote the company's regulations and policies, especially in the area of health and safety.
- All tasks related to the performance of his/her duties.
