Our Flight Attendants provide exceptional customer service throughout the Yukon, Canada, and the United States as Ambassadors for Important Company, Yukon-s Airline. The Supervisor of Cabin Operations, Training and Standards has a key role and is right in the center of the action.
Reporting to the Flight Attendant Manager, the Supervisor of Cabin Operations, Training and Standards is responsible for the development and maintenance of Flight Attendant Training and onboard operational requirements. This position is responsible for ensuring that Important Company-s training programs meet regulatory requirements. This position will inspire excellence and quality of service within a team environment while developing, coordinating, conducting and managing all aspects of In-Flight training.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Flight Attendant training including, but not limited to;
initial, recurrent and re-qualification
Ensure all training meets regulatory requirements in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations CARs
Ensure approved training programs are developed and delivered in accordance with Confidential TC regulations and Company policies
Responsible for the accurate maintenance of Flight Attendant training records
Ensure the actioning and distribution of alloccurrences and cabin crew reports
Act as a liaison between Management and Flight Attendants to communicate key information, answer questions and resolve operational issues
Share on-call operational responsibilities with the Flight Attendant Manager including, but not limited to, line flying while maintaining currency as and In-Charge Flight Attendant
Instill exceptional customer service standards for crew members to adhere to
Adhering to all Company and TC safety standards, operating procedures and policies
Collaborate with the Flight Attendant Manager and HR to determine and initiate recruitment and staffing needs
Actively participate, promote and maintain Important Company's Safety Management System SMS including the reporting of hazards and incidents encountered during daily operations
Perform other duties and tasks as directed by the Flight Attendant Manager and Director of Flight Operations

Knowledge of Q-Pulse Safety Reporting System
Knowledge of Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Qualifications/Conditions of Employment:
Possess sound knowledge in training and development
Proven leadership and supervisory experience
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Successful completion of Flight Attendant In-Charge training within eight 8 weeks from date of hire and maintaining qualifications throughout career
Required to maintain a valid Restricted Area Identification Card RAIC
Able to perform all duties under stressful conditions beyond the employee-s control
