**Why this role is important**:
Senior Technical Analysts are our first point of escalation for complicated technical or customer issues. They handle diverse tasks, run their own projects, and act as mentors for the junior members of our team.
**The impact you'll have**:
- Triaging and investigating customer inquiries, forwarding inquiries, tasks, and issues to appropriate teams based on findings
- Troubleshooting issues to promptly address &
resolve bugs
- Maintaining our internal knowledge bases to ensure that we have the best troubleshooting resources available.
**What you'll need**:
- The ability to learn with guidance and work independently
- To find technical problems engaging and interesting.
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional technical written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Highly organized - able to balance multiple tasks, channels of communication, and rapidly changing priorities
Tech Stack (brownie points!):
- Practical experience with HTML and CSS troubleshooting
