The technical director is responsible for leading and directing the technical team and interfacing with each team member to achieve the technical objectives of our projects. The successful applicant will confidential to have a strong technical background with exceptional organizational, project planning, and interpersonal skills. This position will be overseeing two web developers on both the frontend and the backend of our product. Prior experience with a crossfunctional product team is required for the success of our project. As the technical director, this position will report directly to the board to advise and plan developmental stages and objectives within the company and should be comfortable articulating the technical direction to developers and other employees involved with the project.

Your duties include:
- understand the companys business structure and determine feature roadmaps with stakeholders
- engage in mobile app development of coolkop to increase customer base and boost sales of streamers
- take a hands
- on approach in managing the technical team and ensure the successful completion of project objectives set for each iteration.
- utilizing agile processes and delivery schedules to complete developmental goals on the specified time frame
- prepare project budgets, timelines, confidential, technical descriptions, and technical guidelines for each of the proposed functions
- report to the board of directors on the status of projects and be able to explain technical details in an easily understood, presentable fashion.
- understand algorithms and system architecture and work with developers to implement software components.
- provide guidance to the technical aspect of the developmental project and is able to dive into the details of coding and designing the system if required.
- assume a facilitator role for testing and debugging all software, interface, and other product components of the project.
Experience &
education:
- bachelors degree in computer science
- at least 3 years of related experience
Technical skills:
- strong understanding of network coding and data propagation, delay reduction algorithm knowledge is an asset
- understanding/experience with e
- commerce and streaming/broadcasting as a business model is a plus
- strong background and experience with web architecture on both frontend and backend is preferred
- experience in android/ios development is preferred
