Company Description:
Wescon Doors, also known as Wescon Cedar Products, is a family-owned-and-operated door
manufacturer located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, boasting a production area of over
50,000ft2. Our customer range is worldwide, spanning Canadian, American, and Asian markets.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Order Clerk to facilitate the efficient processing of
sales orders and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. The Sales Order Clerk will be
responsible for managing incoming orders, coordinating with various departments to fulfill orders, and
maintaining up-to-date records of sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems Estimate or
quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates
- Review sales orders for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is
provided
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
- Estimate materials and labour required for production
- Perform routine clerical duties and prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- Coordinate with various departments including sales, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely
fulfillment of orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance
customer satisfaction.
- Maintain movements of supplies
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- Resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly and escalate complex problems to appropriate
personnel
- Communicate with customers to verify order details, address any inquiries, and provide order
status updates as needed
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times
- In-house sales or products

Position Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite

Your Skills:
- Good communication skills and team plyer
- Strong attention to detail
- Accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
