**Job Description**:
Planning, organizing, managing, controlling and evaluating the operations of a telecommunications establishment
Consulting with senior management to formalise policies and procedures andstandard operating procedures concerned with the development, operation and maintenance of telecommunications services
Directing and controlling telecommunications traffic volume and flow within assigned areas by delegating work to subordinate supervisors and technical staff
Analyzing and evaluating telecommunications installation, operation and maintenance services and making recommendations for improvement of the existing systems
Ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
Formulating and maintaining relations with representatives of related or connecting companies to resolve joint telecommunications problems and ensuring efficient telecommunications system operations
Recruiting personnel and overseeing their training
