We are looking for a Transportation Logistics Coordinator who enjoys interacting with others and following procedures.
**A typical day**:
- Coordinating outbound transportation through 3rd party transportation companies
- Creating purchase orders.
- Submitting paperwork to accounting
Communicating with vendors to schedule pick ups of materials &
supplies
- Matchingshipments to Purchase Orders
- Creating purchase orders
- Coordinating run/routes for driver pick ups
- Providing updates on deliveries to co-workers
**Who we are looking for**:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Willingness to learn.
- Comfortable dealing with all levels of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time salaried role, working Monday through Friday.
