Travel Coordinator/Admin Assistant (Logistics &
Operations)(We’re looking for people with travel arrangement/scheduling/admin/ account payable experience in Saskatoon, SK.)Job Description:
Complete and maintain required training ie:
BITSCoordinate travel and accommodations for field and staff employees out of the Saskatoon officeCoordinate and maintain records for site accessCommunicate and confirm travel itineraries with employees and supervisors in a timely mannerProvide necessary contact information for employees to supervisorsUpdate employees and supervisors of major flight delays, cancellations, or necessary changes in a timely mannerPartner with HR to identify and hire top talentLiaise with HR, EHS, and operations to ensure employees are in compliance with siteand company requirements prior to travelEnsure new employees are provided with required PPEAssist in developing and coordinating crew schedulesReconcile accounts with travel agencySubmit expense claims for all employees in a timely mannerOther duties as required to support operations teamsComply with all Boart Longyear’s policies and procedures (I.E.:
Fitness for Duty, Attendance Policies)Education and Experience:
High School diploma or Equivalent1-3 years of directly related experienceStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to prioritizeStrong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and ExcelJob Types:
