**Responsibilities**:
- Comply with all safety and environmental requirements outlined in the HSE Agreement and follow site requirements.
- Participate in initial site-specific safety and environmental training that is provided to meet legal requirements and learn about site operations.
- Assist qualified technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on wind turbines, following work instructions and project requirements.
- Support tower, nacelle, and hub preparation/repair activities, such as painting touch-ups, cleaning, minor electrical and mechanical repairs, small hardware installations, packaging/unpacking of components, rust removal, and addressing exterior strap marks and transportation damage.
- Learn and assist in executing modifications and installations according to furnished retrofit instructions.
- Support tooling inventory management, including maintaining inventory records and assisting with transportation of spare parts to different crews on the project site.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by Site Manager, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success.
- Follow all safety protocols, participate in daily safety meetings, and monitor wind and weather conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily tech tracker, and assist in preparing necessary reports and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English, with good communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow instructions to ensure personal and team safety.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve climbing wind turbines, working at heights, and manual labor.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate effectively, and take direction from experienced technicians and supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and skill development.
- Valid driver's license or the ability to arrange transportation to the project site.
- Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
**Schedule and Compensation**:
- Expected to work from Monday to Saturday, with possible Sunday work as notified.
- Compensation and training opportunities will be provided for the duration of the project.

**Salary**:
$50,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
