Winter Sports School Desk Agent

You ensure an excellent guest experience by recommending and booking all ski and snowboard lessons, products, programs and services available through the Winter Sports School. You assist with scheduling, time tracking, and ensuring documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner.
You will:
- Champion all products and services sold through the Winter Sports School, promoting other experiences and products available at the resort.
- Be responsible for the coordination of guest ski or snowboard lessons and other related products or services.
- Ensure day-to-day activities and ticket sales are recorded and documented.
- Assist the Winter Sports School Administrator in determining daily staffing.
- Verify weekly time sheets are accurate and forwarded to Payroll in a timely manner.
- Ensure purchases for department are accurately recorded and amounts are within budget.
- Bring forth ideas to improve procedures tomeet department-s objectives.
- Assist with other department initiatives and programs as required.
- Attend to other duties as assigned.
You:
- Have previous professional work experience in a customer / guest service role.
- Are proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Are passionate and enthusiastic for mountain culture, skiing /snowboarding, and the resort environment.
- Possess previous experience with coordination, scheduling or timesheets - an asset.
- Have ski or snowboarding instructor experience - an asset.
- Have previous cash-handling experience and proficiency with RTP and other Point-of-Sale POS systems - an asset.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
