Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in North Vancouver, BC. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, including client consultation, researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and guidance.
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge of Canadian law and legal procedures
Experience in handling various legal matters, such as business, civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, real estate, wills, estate, and immigration
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
Knowledge of Farsi language is a significant asset
