**Restaurant Summary**
The Rosebud is a new restaurant located in Corktown (King Street East &
River) in the former heritage location of the Kingsbrae Diner. We are a fine-dining, high-end wine bar (33 seats) with a culinary focus on local, season and elevated French classics with international elements. This ties into the core of our wine and cocktail program. Our menu changes very frequently, so creativity and collaboration are two of our top assets.
We are a small but mighty team of industry professionals, driven by passion and creativity. Our cultural focus is being a fulfilling, respectful and inclusive workplace and we highly value diversity.
Opening September 2023
This is a creative and sales driven front-of-house management position. Our menu will change on an ever-rotating basis. With the collaboration of our Chefs - our wines-by-the-glass and cocktails will change weekly to create a cohesive paired experience for our guests.
- Must have at least 2+ years of Fine Dining experience
- Must have at least 3+ years of Bars Management experience
- Must have at least 2+ years of Floor Management experience
- Tasting menu restaurant experience is an asset
- Restaurant Opening experience is an asset
- A passion for wine, cocktails and fine dining
A high proficiency is required in the following departments:
- WSET Level 2 or higher
- Extensive cocktail knowledge
- A charismatic, welcoming and talented Bartender/Server
- Has managed teams of 8-10 staff members
**Compensation**
- $45,000.00 base salary / year
- $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 gratuities / year
- Benefits
