This position provides HR expertise to our retail operations and repair service teams around topics such as:
talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, and performance management. Job Responsibilitieswith senior regional leaders, people managers, and employees to provide consultative HR advice that will support the strategic growth of the businesstimely information and/or education for all levels of the region on HR issuesthe business needs and partner/collaborate with the People &
Culture team to developsolutionsand facilitate regional office new hire orientation and on-boardingHR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, training and development, employee coaching, and compensationas a change agent and culture champion when supporting and representing the organizationsenior regional leaders and people managers with the development of departmental employee engagement action plans and that foster employee satisfactioncoach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goalsa culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business resultswith the People &

C) team to support projects and the successful completion of quarterly and annual objectivesinsights and recommendations to the P&
C team to aid in the development of policies and proceduresand communicate metrics to identify growth opportunities for the department and organizationand employee conduct investigations, in consultation with the P&
C Compliance Manager and/or team membersteam members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitionsregional and senior leadership exit interviews, providing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership for change activitiesYour Capabilities and CredentialsBachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, or equivalent work experience Automotive/Dealership and/or Retail experience an asset3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources Certified HR designation or working towards it is considered an assetWork experience or education in employment law or other area of regulation is an asset Superior communications and interpersonal skills, able to work comfortably and provide counsel to all levels of leaders and employeesAble to collaborate and work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently Able to adapt to a consistently changing environmentAbility and experience to make well informed decisions on a broad human resource knowledge baseStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.) Experience and ability to work with HRIS &
