**Job Description**:
Regional Director, Digital Experience
Leader responsible for leading the Digital Experience Team in collaboration with digital technology offerings across Canada's Western Mountain Region in support of the CWMR digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Senior Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for the regional digital experience implementation and expansion across Canada.S Western Mountain Region and is responsible for overseeing the team to implement and optimize the digital customer experience throughout the customer journey. This role is integral to establishing a 360 degree regional digital strategy that will integrate all four MTN properties Confidential Banff, Confidential Chateau Lake Louise, Confidential Jasper Park Lodge &
Confidential Chateau Whistler and all key departments.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Digital Experience:
- Roperty, property microsites, and all. Communications. Oversee data capture and the expansion of 1st party data accessible in the regional database. Leader responsible for hiring, onboarding, and managing new team members throughout the expansion. Have an Important Company
- Channel marketing approach to initiatives. Other duties as desired and requested.
**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 10 years of Digital Experience Team experience or Digital Marketing Team experience requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in project management Very strong quantitative skills with demonstrated success in analytical rolesStrong organizational, leadership and project management skills are essential. Must be able to lead a large team, think strategically, and handle multiple projects at one timeExcellent leadership skills in people managementExcellent data and database management skillsResort HoteI experience preferred but not requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible &
