**About the opportunity**
As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for the administration of fleet vehicle sales transactions. Specifically:
- record and track vehicle transactions and deliveries utilizing the dealership management system (DMS)
- perform vehicle licensing and administration
- prepare final delivery checklists for customers, to ensure all required documents and programs are administratively fulfilled
- completed files to be sent to the accounting department for final processing
**About you**
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in administration
- proficiency working with ERP systems (ie. CDK/Reynolds, OneEighty) is an asset
- working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
- ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
- ability to maintain professionalism
- ability to work independently and with mínimal supervision
- self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
