Key Accountabilities:
We are looking for a Systems Engineer IT Security with a strong background in information security who will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and administering our company's and client computer networks &
IT infrastructure for our client in the GTA. Your primary duties will include building and maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary. Responsibilities
Deployment, management, and support of servers and network infrastructure, End
- User computing deployment, management, and support
Deploying and configuring firewalls, network switches and access points
Development toward information security role and certification to manages Information Security IS, Risk, Compliance and Business Continuity Management BCM programs to ensure is adequately from cyber and other risks, is adhering to all applicable governmental regulations.
Develop, document, and maintain IT and IS processes
Manage and administration of Windows, Confidential, and Android systems and mobile devices such as tablets and smarts using MDM solutions such as Intune
Deploy, configure, and support Windows Server, Azure, M365, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and be able to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems.
Migrate and integrate on
- Remise systems to Azure, Office 365, Intune, Auto Pilot, and other Microsoft cloud platforms.
Deploy and configure Active Directory Infrastructure, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, IAS, Clustering services, Windows Security, deployment services, IIS,. NET, RDS and other Microsoft infrastructure services.
Provide escalated support services for virtualization technologies:
VMware vSphere / ESXi, Hyper
- V and Citrix
Microsoft Exchange troubleshooting, administration, and implementation
Escalated support and ongoing management of SAN/NAS storage technology
Technical services and support at the network level:
WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
Remote access solution suppor
VPN, Terminal Services
As escalation point in troubleshooting and resolving Backup and DR technology such as Veeam Backup and Replication
Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications and respond accordingly through service tickets
Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring andmanagement syste
Update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
Knowledge of CRM/ITSM tools e. G., Service Now
Document maintenance computer systems infrastructure
Communication with customers as required:
Keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, or agreed outages
IT related project execution support as needed
Be on

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
Minimum 4 Years of Professional experience in Azure &
Office 365 Deployment, Backend Administration, Microsoft Exchange products not just provisioning accounts.
Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, Office 365 products, ADFS, WAP Server and Azure Active Directory Connect On Premises to Azure Active Directory
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and services.
Strong knowledge in deploying and supporting network firewalls, switches and access point will be a great asset Fortinet, Palo Alto, and/or Cisco
Professional IT Certifications, such as:
Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
Strong understanding and knowledge of information security and development towards IS certification such as CISSP
Interpersonal skills:
