Vice President - Business Development - Call CenterPLEASE NOTE:
Your success here at Customer Communications Corp. will directly impact the growth of our overall organization. You will be masterful in client engagement and impact how your customers do business in an ever-changing environment. You will collaborate with the broader sales team to grow pipeline and close new business that delivers outstanding value, ROI and client experiences to our customers.PLEASE NOTE:
This is a high-level individual contributor role. This position has no direct reports but the President of the company.Develop a prospect pipeline in the BPO and call center spaceDrive revenue and market share for Customer Communications Corp.Meet or exceed quarterly andannual revenue targetsDevelop and execute against a sales planMaintain a robust sales pipelineManage contract negotiations along with internal stakeholdersDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsEnsure customer satisfactionExpect moderate travelYour Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of call center related business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 5000 companies.Experience selling Call Center / BPO services absolutely required. No exceptions.You must be able to generate your own leads and have an extensive list of contactsPrior experience working within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform/Contact Center (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, CCaaS) spaceExperience with Amazon Connect preferred but not requiredProven successful experience in closing complex software solutionsExcellent presentation and executive engagement skillsExcellent negotiation skillsA self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced, team environmentStrong leadership capabilitiesHas a strong drive for resultsStrong engagement and communication skillsConsultative selling experienceCan collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environmentResourcefulIs a trusted advisor to customers and colleaguesCareer Framework RoleRequires knowledge and experience in own discipline;
