Exciting Opportunity for Electrical Engineers in Sustainable Technology Innovation!Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer passionate about contributing to the development of cutting-edge products in the renewable energy sector? My client are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team at a leading player in sustainable technology innovation.Responsibilities:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing electrical and control aspects of my clients' revolutionary products. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing electrical layouts, selecting control components, and programming systems for standalone functionality.Supporting the build of test equipment and products, ensuring manufacturability.Reading, interpreting, and creating circuit diagrams, drawings, and electrical code specifications.Supporting field installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical and control wiring, equipment, and PLC programs.Troubleshooting components and systems, providing repair and maintenance support.Developing automation and instrumentation-related designs, drawings, and programming specifications.Providing innovative solutions for electrical and controls component breakdowns.Ensuring milestones in product assembly and service are met on time.Ability to progress long term into Chief Electrical EngineerPreferred Experience/Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in electrical engineering, automation, process equipment installation, wiring, commissioning, and service.PLC programming experience with ladder logic, function block, Siemens PLCs.HMI/SCADA programming experience with Scada software.Experience in the Hydrogen and/or natural gas industry.Knowledge of hazardous area codes and standards.Previous experience directing and working closely with industrial electricians.Proficiency in CAD systems.Familiarity with quality management and ERP systems.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and P.Eng. designation required.Experience working with gases - hydrogen preferred but not requiredJoin Them in Shaping the Future:
